Handling Time

If you place your order by 11am (Courier) or 4pm (Royal Mail) on weekdays we expect to get your parcel on it's way to you the same working day.

We have a Saturday Collection by Royal Mail, and if you order items for delivery by Royal Mail between 4pm on Friday and 10am on Saturday, we'd normally expect this to be on it's way on Saturday Morning.

We don't have a Sunday Collection from Royal Mail.

Shipping Methods

Royal Mail

Royal Mail Tracked 24 usually takes 1 day after collection to arrive, including Saturdays and Sundays in some areas. This is NOT a guaranteed service.

Tracking will normally be available by Midnight the day we ship your parcel.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually takes 2-3 days after collection to arrive, Including Saturdays and Sundays in some areas. This is NOT a guaranteed service.

Tracking will normally be available the day after we ship your parcel.

Royal Mail will consider "Tracked" packages to be lost after 7 working days.

In exceptional circumstances such as National Industrial Action, we have seen parcels take 3-5 weeks to arrive. When a parcel is collected by Royal Mail there is no tracking information available until it is scanned on at the Collection Depot (Usually Southampton Mail Centre, but in peak times this can vary) This is usually where the worst of the Delay's occur, so unfortunately your parcel may "Disappear" for a time - We cannot get a Tracking Number without paying for Shipping - if we have Given you a Tracking Number, your parcel is on it's way!

Courier (No Longer Availiable)

We MUST use a Courier for Hazardous Materials Shipments

Our usual courier is DHL Parcel UK, who will normally deliver the next Working Day - they do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays without charging significantly more, so we do not offer this service as standard.

Courier Deliveries require us to book a collection, provided you order before 11am, we can normally book a collection on the same day, but it is not always possible in busy times. If you do not have "Hazardous Materials" in your shipment, we may choose to use another service to ensure we get your parcel to you in the fastest time possible.
